Clover Autos Directors Ronnie and Dave Fern are both VW and Audi dealer trained. They have been building up experience on all makes and models of these outstanding cars since the mid seventies. They are used to working to extremely high standards with VW and Audi servicing and repairs accounting for about 70% of the vehicles moving through their workshops.

Ronnie was a member of the championship winning works Akai Audi Saloon car team in the early eighties and also worked for GTI Engineering carrying out high performance tuning and customising on VW Golf GTI’s. Ronnie’s apprenticeship was carried out on air-cooled Beetles and Camper Vans and he is still sought after by many air-cooled VW owners.

Dave is very proud to be a long-standing member of the prestigious Institute of Diagnostic Engineers.

Ronnie, Dave and the team look after the cars of their predominantly Essex based customers from their workshop which is situated just off of the M11, North Weald and very close to Ongar and Harlow.
